1. Summary

FundyBee uses only strictly necessary (essential) cookies, the small number needed to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember which workspace you are working in. These are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules because the Service cannot function without them. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. What cookies we use

CookiePurposeType
sb-* (Supabase auth)Authentication and session tokens set by our auth provider (Supabase) to keep you securely signed in.Essential · session / short-lived
gp_active_accountRemembers which workspace (account) you have selected, so the right data loads when you have access to more than one.Essential · first-party
gp_cookie_notice (localStorage)Not a cookie, but a local flag in your browser that records you have seen the cookie notice, so we do not show it again.Essential · local only

Cookie names beginning with sb- are set by Supabase and their exact suffixes depend on the project configuration.

3. What we do not use

  • No analytics cookies (e.g. no Google Analytics).
  • No advertising, marketing or retargeting cookies.
  • No cross-site or third-party tracking.

4. The consent banner

Because we use only essential cookies, the banner you see on first visit is informational: it tells you that we use only essential cookies and links here. Dismissing it (“Got it”) simply records that you have seen the notice. It does not enable any optional cookies, because there are none.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the essential cookies above will sign you out and prevent the Service from working correctly. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
